18985/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MYTHIRYE CHANDU Special Government Pleader for the petitioner and of MR.B.P.MANOJ KUMAR for M/S.P.RAJENDIRAN Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- There is a delay of 806 days in filing the writ appeal. 2.Though the petitioners/appellants have explained the reasons for the delay, in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is on a higher state, the same can be condoned on payment of cost.

3.Mr.B.P.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for condoning the delay 4.As already stated, the delay of 806 days can be condoned on payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/-. Accordingly, the delay of 806 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned on condition of the petitioners paying a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of petitioners not paying the cost amount within the time stipulated, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
