This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 195 days in filing the appeal against the acquittal judgment passed in Sessions Case No.79 of 2019, dated 13.09.2024 on the file of the learned Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 195 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
