Assistants as the case may be) based on TET Marks awarded to the petitioner in April 2017 by the 5th respondent in Roll No.17TE 24801826 and TET passed year seniority without resorting to any competitive examination as enumerated in G.O.Ms.No.149, School Education Department, dated 20.07.2018.

The issue that is involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.5137 and 32446 of 2023 dated 12.08.2024. Those writ petitions were also dismissed based on the earlier order passed in W.P.No.161 of 2024 dated 08.01.2024. The Hon'ble Division Bench had made it clear that the relief that was granted will confine itself only to the petitioners who were before the Court. Therefore, if according to the petitioner she is also placed similarly, she should get a clarification from the Hon'ble Division Bench with respect to such an observation that was made by the Hon'ble 2/4

Division Bench. In the absence of the same, a single Judge cannot keep on entertaining writ petitions in the light of such observation made by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2.Except giving this clarity, no further order can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stand dismissed.
