O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi to dispose of the application filed in CMP No.1144 of 2023 and consequently, return the property that is a subject matter in Crime No.68 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.It is seen from records that the dispute between the parties was compromised and pursuant to the same, the FIR itself came to be quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P Nos.16204 and 16205 of 2023 by an order dated 18.07.2023. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner filed an application seeking for the return of the property. This application is kept pending without passing any orders. Aggrieved by the same, the present criminal original petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact the FIR itself has been quashed by this Court, there shall be a direction 2/4

to the Court below to pass orders in the pending application in CMP No.1144 of 2023 and return the property back to the petitioner. This process shall be completed, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
