O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to survey his lands situated in Survey Nos.24/2A(0-84.54 Ares), 24/4 (0-14.5 Ares) at Iyyapedu Village, Sholingur Taluk, Ranipet District and demarcate the same by metes and bounds and fixing survey marks (survey stone) within a stipulated time, by considering his online application dated 01.07.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he submitted an application seeking survey of the above mentioned lands through online on 01.07.2024 and he also paid the necessary charges for the survey of the land. However, his representation has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for 1st respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merit, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to all interested parties.
