This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner namely G.Sampath in the above W.P.No.1256 of 2020.

Having satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of petition.

The petitioners are directed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner is hereby ordered.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the matter on 12.09.2023.
