PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 1st Respondent in Rc.No.A1/10105/2003 dated 12.12.2003 and direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner with all the benefits accrued to him. For Petitioner : Mr. P.Raja For Respondent : Mr.K.Ravikumar Additional Government Pleader.

The petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition challenging the impugned order of the 1st Respondent in Rc.No.A1/10105/2003 dated 12.12.2003 and direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner with all the benefits accrued to him.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite several letters, he could not get any instructions from his client. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
