2.Mr.M.Babu Muthu Meeran, the learned counsel for the respondents made a statement that in terms of the rules, the first respondent has to take a call and the papers are still pending before the first respondent. 3.This Court considers that the petitioner has rushed to the Court one stage too early and he will have the remedies open to him, if any adverse decision is taken pursuant to the order dated 14.07.2023.
