ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.01.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a stipulated time. 2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grader Teacher and thereafter, transferred to the 3rd respondent School on 03.06.2015. After obtaining the necessary permission, the petitioner has completed M.Sc., and B.Ed., through distance education in Periyar University, Coimbatore and the same were recorded in the Service Register. While that being so, the petitioner has given representation on 13.01.2023 for grant of incentives for acquiring higher qualification, however, the same has not been considered. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.01.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, if the petitioner is found eligible as per G.O.(Ms)No.37, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR-IV) Department, dated 10.03.2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
