JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is filed against the order dated 05.04.2019 made in W.P.No.10504 of 2010.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for both sides that the licence itself has been cancelled. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal. However, taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the fact that the appellant has been running a coffee shop for number of years, we are inclined to give six weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment to hand over the vacant possession.

4. The writ appeal stands closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
