ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.06.2025 and to conduct a detailed enquiry into the unauthorised and fraudulent issuance of structural stability certificate by the 2 nd respondent and to cancel the license of the 2 nd respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1 st respondent produced the written instructions received from the 1 st respondent and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder :-

It is seen from the above that already the District Collector is in the process of getting the report from the concerned authority and already steps have been initiated to proceed against the 2 nd respondent.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to take a decision in this regard within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
