Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to send a revised proposal to the 1st respondent for approval within time frame as regards the revised pay with arrears and revised pension pay with arrears of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2010 on par with his junior Mr.P.T.Manimaran, as ordered in W.P.No.13001 of 2020 dated
10.08.2021 besides directing the 4th respondent, namely, Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlement) to implement such order within time frame.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus for direction directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to send a revised proposal to the 1st respondent for approval within the time frame as regards the revised pay with arrears and revised pension pay with arrears of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2010 on par with his junior Mr.P.T.Manimaran, as ordered in W.P.No.13001 of 2020 dated 10.08.2021 besides directing the 4th respondent, viz., Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlement) to implement such order within the time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to send a proposal to the 1st respondent for effecting changes in the pay of the petitioner. This may be implemented by the 2nd and 3rd respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the 1st respondent/government shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, and the 4th respondent, who in turn is directed to implement the same forthwith.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
