Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 to allow the petitioner to participate in the NEET UG Counselling under MBC category as per his Application No.25UG932976 enabling the petitioner to get MBBS admission under any Deemed University or under any other self-financing Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu.

By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 to allow the petitioner to participate in the NEET 2/5

UG Counselling under MBC category as per his Application No.25UG932976 enabling the petitioner to get MBBS admission under any Deemed University or under any other self-financing Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that if the petitioner has uploaded his MBC Community Certificate in the Portal for the State Admission, they will consider the petitioner under MBC community reservation.
