By an order dated 15.11.2016, this Writ Petition was listed under the caption "For Reporting Compliance". Pursuant to the directions, the second respondent had filed an affidavit stating that as per the directions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent have issued a cheque bearing No.442610 dated 24.11.2016 to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.1,18,913/- as a full and final settlement to the claimant, which is the subject matter of this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has received the said cheque towards his full and final settlement.

3.In view of the same no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
