The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the written statement along with counter claim.

2. Mr. Vijayan Subramanian, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent would vehemently oppose for allowing the present application.

4.Even though, the present Application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondents, considering the averments, made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied with the same, the present Application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
