The prayer in the writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2010 and pass orders. 2.Heard both sides. Since the very prayer itself is innocuous in nature as the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 12.04.2010 given by the petitioner to the respondents, this Court without going to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner through the said representation, directs the respondents to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2010, on merits and in accordance with law and decide the same and communicate the copy of the order thereon to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
