ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Anita Sumanth J.) It is brought to our attention today by the learned counsel for the respondent, that the respondent had moved a Contempt Petition before the learned single Judge for non-compliance of order dated 30.04.2025.

2. This fact ought to have been brought to our notice by the respondent counsel on the earlier occasion itself. Had it been so noted, the question of

closing the Original Side Appeal as infructuous would not have been arisen.

3. In light of the aforesaid, C.M.P No.16373 of 2025 is ordered, thereby restoring O.S.A.No.211 of 2025 and CMP No.13399 of 2025 to the file of this Court.

4. List the appeal on 21.08.2025.
