Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the document, the Power of Attorney Deed dated 7.8.2013 and consequently register the sale deeds to be executed by the Power of Attorney in respect of the land comprised in cadastre No.1076/1/2/2pt corresponding to R.S.No.228/5, Thattanchavadi Village Oulgaret Revenue Village with in the time fixed by this Court.
