2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending proceedings in Crime No.167 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 13.09.2019 stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in Crime No.167 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed.

4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by his dated 13.09.2019, the entire proceedings in Crime No.167 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
