ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose OA 1493 of 2019, within a stipulated time, as fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, she had filed the above application in the year 2019 before the Tribunal and after service notice to the respondents, counsel had appeared on behalf of the respondents. However, the respondents are taking time to file counter affidavit for almost five years and the Tribunal has also granted time to file the counter affidavit for all these years and the matter is pending without any progress. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed for direction to the Tribunal to dispose the above original application, within a time frame.

3. Mrs. M.E.Sarashwathy, learned Senior Panel Counsel takes notice

for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited scope of prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai to dispose the O.A.No. 1493/2019, as per law, within four months time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
