This miscellaneous petition has been filed by the present petitioner, who wants to be impleaded as one of the respondent in the main writ petition. The petitioner herein has stated reasons in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that it is a lessee in respect of the land in question and therefore they have got some say in the main writ petition.

Since there has been no serious objection from the parties of this petition, this Court feels that this petition can be allowed and accordingly it is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
