This Sub Application is filed to re-open the above Contempt Petition No.1931 of 2022, which was closed by the order of this Court vide its order dated 14.12.2022.

2.I have heard the arguments of learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and Cont.P.No.1931 of 2022 is re-opened.

4.Office of the Accountant General (A&E), Tamil Nadu, Authorisation of Revision of Pension / Gratuity / Commutation, Chennai is suo motu impleaded as 6th respondent in Cont.P.No.1931 of 2022.

5.It is made clear that the respondents shall continue to pay atleast the provisional pension that was to be paid for a suspended employee.

6.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in Cont.P.No.1931 of 2022 and post the matter after four weeks.
