C.M.P.No.19512 of 2021 in A.S.No.485 of 2013 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and N.MALA, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The above miscellaneous petition is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appellants 2 to 5 in A.S.No.485 of 2013.

2.The proposed appellants have already been impleaded as respondents 7 to 10 in the connected appeal in A.S.No.381 of 2014. Therefore, the learned counsel for respondents has no objections in allowing this application.

3.Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.
