This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 03.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11252 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police on alternative days until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the said condition without fail and the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
