This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to conduct further investigation and include the offence under Sections 341 and 324 of IPC while filing the final report in Crime No.708/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the FIR itself has been registered only on 18.11.2016.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
