ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2024.
2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.R.Vigneshwaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 5th respondent.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the subject property, which was originally government poramboke, was assigned to the petitioner's father by the Government of Tamilnadu on 28.10.1970 based on his previous possession in DK.No.1027/78. Under these circumstances, when some 3rd parties made an attempt to grab the subject property, a suit for declaration in OS.No.315/1984 was filed by the petitioner and the same was decreed in favour of the petitioner vide decree dated 19.10.1984. Thereafter, one Gunasekaran filed a writ petition in WP.No.33728 of 2023 before this Court to evict the petitioner by stating that the subject land is Government Land. In the said writ petition, this Court, vide order dated 30.11.
2023, directed the concerned Authorities to dispose of the representation filed by the said Gunasekaran. Pursuant to the said order, now, the measurement notice was issued by the respondents, without even verifying the title and possession of the petitioner in the subject property. Therefore, a representation dated 07.10.2024 came to be filed by the petitioner, whereby, he requested the respondents to rectify the revenue records.
However, the same was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

Therefore, a representation dated 07.10.2024 came to be filed by the petitioner, whereby, he requested the respondents to rectify the revenue records. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after serving due notice to all the aggrieved persons if any, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
