Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner representation dated 01.10.2021 to cancel the sale deed bearing document No.1626 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 on the file of the third respondent.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2021 to cancel the sale deed bearing document No.1626 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file of the third respondent.
2. Heard, Mr.V.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders to cancel the sale deed bearing document No.1626 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 on the file of the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
