O R D E R
This Writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 14 for the action of land grabbing made in the petitioner land in Survey No.303/2 and 303/4 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2021.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 10.03.2021 stating that she was not allowed to enjoy the property and she has been denied the peaceful enjoyment of the property. The petitioner has given the survey number and particulars as well as the persons, who have encroached upon into the property and displaced the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint has not been received by any of the respondents. If the petitioner appears before the third respondent along with copy of the complaint and necessary documents, the same would be verified and enquired to take appropriate action.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submits the petitioner will appear before the respondent Police on 07.02.2022 along with copy of the order and necessary documents to substantiate the complaint.
5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on 07.02.2022 along with copy of the complaint and necessary documents. Thereafter, the third respondent to enquire and take appropriate action.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
