This petition has been filed to relax until further orders condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation which was imposed upon by this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.12810 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
