ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the Application bearing No.TN-720240404295, Transaction Reference No.TNTAFTPT022000002438 dated 04.04.2024.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that, she is the legal heir of her deceased husband Kubenthiran and she had applied for legal heir certificate through online Application bearing No.TN-720240404295 Transaction Reference No.TNTAFTPT022000002438 dated 04.04.2024. However, till date, the respondents have not considered the same. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition.
4. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ Page No.2 of 5
petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's Application bearing No.TN-720240404295, Transaction Reference No.TNTAFTPT022000002438, dated 04.04.2024, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

Learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a letter of the 1st respondent dated 29.08.2024 before this court and submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 04.04.2024 was considered by the respondents and the same was rejected. Therefore, he submitted that the said rejection order will be communicated to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks.
6. In view of the above submissions, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to communicate the rejection order passed on the petitioner's online application dated 04.04.2024, if not, already communicated, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enabling the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
