C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner has come forward with these writ petitions challenging the orders passed by the 2nd respondent dated 10.10.2013 and the 1st respondent dated 05.09.2013, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayers sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
