By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to the Respondent No.3 is dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order in 2024/0105/08/552895 dated 05.05.2025 issued by the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to conduct fresh enquiry on the basis of title deeds produced by the petitioner.

3. After submitting for a brief while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to avail appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
