ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 341, 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.605 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 22.10.2021 at about 11.30 a.m., when the defacto complainant was walking near Karuvattupalam, the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and at knife point snatched a sum of Rs.570/- from him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 30 days from 25.10.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner has got two previous cases of same nature.

5.On seeing the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
