CMP.Nos. 19215 and 19218 of 2021 in S. A. No.666 of 2013 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and accordingly, both the petitions are allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause-title.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that she will get the vakalat for the proposed respondents 4 and 5 and file it before the next date of hearing.

4. Post the Second Appeal for final hearing on 08.03.2022.
