ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.824 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.29115 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 6.30 pm, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.824 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.29115 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 6.30 pm, until further orders, is relaxed.
