Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action against the sixth respondent and direct the first respondent to give compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- for the death of the petitioner's son and cow.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Surprisingly, the name of the seventh respondent is omitted in the petition but finds a place in the affidavit.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is an inadvertent mistake and sought the leave of the Court to file an amendment application. The learned counsel also made a statement seeking leave of the Court to withdraw this petition in order to work out her strategy better and to file a fresh petition.

4.This Court now grants leave to the petitioner to withdraw this petition. However, with regards to the cause of action as now disclosed, this court only requires the petitioner's counsel to work out her strategy in a manner that falls within the framework of the law.

5.This Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. No Costs.
