On 12.06.2015 when the case was listed, it was represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he had withdrawn his vakalat. The Office was directed to verify whether any memo of appearance has been filed by any other learned counsel and print the name of the petitioner in the cause list, if there is no memo filed on behalf of the petitioner and also list the case on 15.06.2015 under the caption "For Orders". Accordingly, the case was listed today ie. 15.06.2015 under the caption "For Orders". Even today, there is no memo of appearance filed on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent alone is present. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Connted Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
