ORDER
This petition has been filed to review the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18948 of 2024, thereby directing the sixth respondent to take appropriate steps to fill up the vacancies to the post of Superintendent in the Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Karapakkam, Chennai, as per the statutes by issuance of fresh notification, within a period of twelve weeks.
2. The petitioners are third parties and they are also claiming promotion to the post of Superintendent, since they are in the feeder category. This Court by an order dated 09.07.2024 directed the sixth respondent to take appropriate steps to fill up the vacancies to the post of Superintendent in the
Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Karapakkam, Chennai. To review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner.
3. It is seen that after the order passed by this Court, the respondents 1 to 3, who are the petitioners in the writ petition in W.P.No.18948 of 2024, has sent communication dated 25.11.2024 that they will not claim the above Court order for further process. Therefore, the petitioners case of the promotion will be considered for the post of Superintendent. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such the petitioners failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 18948 of 2024.
4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
