Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring Clause IV(b) of the Table issued under Rule 5 of the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu State under Rule 5 of the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu State Treasuries and Accounts Services as well as G.O.(2D) No.111 Finance (T&A) Department dated 09.12.2011 as inoperative, void and ultra vires the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioners to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer on par with his junior in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Treasuries Department in terms of entry in service in the post of Superintendent, with all the consequential service attendant and monetary benefits including continuity of service in the promoted cadre.
