ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.882 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner and other co-accused abused the de facto complainant in filthy language. On 25.07.2021, the defacto complainant allegedly harassed the petitioner by repeatedly insulting him with obscene words and throwing bottles of liquor at him, while he was intoxicated. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offences and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant. He would further state that the investigation in this case is not yet completed and he would further state that there are four previous cases pending against this petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioner as well as pending of previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
