This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, at Alandur, to dispose the C.C.No.987 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I at Alandur as expeditiously

within a particular time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I at Alandur, is directed to complete the Trial in C.C.No.987 of 2017, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
