ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This petition has been filed only on the apprehension that respondent No.8 is likely to be granted quarry lease, which according to the petitioner, cannot be located at the site as has been proposed by respondent No.8.

3. On petitioner's own showing, so far no quarry lease has been granted in favour of respondent No.8.

3. The petition is premature. The authorities are presumed to act in accordance with law.

4. In case there is any quarry granted, it is open for the petitioner to take the remedy in that regard. There shall be no order as to costs.
