ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate Police protection to the petitioner and his land on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 12.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.457 of 2023 and it was closed on 16.07.2023.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate civil forum.
