ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to initiate proceedings for recovery under the Revenue Recovery Act against the respondents 3 and 4 based on the order passed by the second respondent in E.P.No.32 of 2022 in C.C.P.No.32 of 2021 dated 27.07.2022.

2. Heard Mr.K.Thilageswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and also considering the order passed by the second respondent in E.P.No.32 of 2022 in C.C.P.No.32 of 2/4

2021 dated 27.07.2022, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to proceed further with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.01.2023 and take necessary action under the Revenue Recovery Act. This process shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
