Crl.M.P.No.14427 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.14427 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.16711 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16711 of 2022 by order dated 26.07.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions, the bail granted to him has been cancelled by the Court below.
