This Criminal Original Petition is filed calling for the records pertaining to the Crime No.69 of 2019 dated 05.05.2019 pending on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this matter, charge sheet has already been filed on 05.05.2019 and in the final report the name of this petitioner has been deleted. In view of the same, the matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous. Connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
