This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7193 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024 in Crl.OP.No.27821 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
