The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in D.V.A.No.38 of 2016 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are decided to settle the matter out of Court and arrived at a compromise between them and the first petitioner has withdrawn D.V.A.No.38 of 2016 on 04.03.2017. 3. Since the Application has already been withdrawn by the first petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
