Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJEEV, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Additional Publice Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endoresement to this effect.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
