Ms. No.98 dated 17.07.2006 and direct the third respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name for appointment to the post of Conductor and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to call him for interview, consider, select and give appointment to the post of Conductor based on his representation dated 13.08.2012.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the competent Labour Court to ventilate the petitioner's grievance. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission of the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Labour Court to seek his remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected MP No. 1 of 2012 is closed.
